Cookie Notice
bluumie currently uses only essential cookies and local storage technologies. If optional analytics or tracking features are added later, this page must be updated before rollout.
1. Essential cookies
bluumie currently sets an essential session cookie to keep users signed in, secure access to protected areas, and enforce workspace permissions during an active session.
Under the current configuration, the application primarily uses the cookie name bluumie_session for this purpose. The session lifetime in the MVP can currently be configured for up to 30 days, subject to the active server-side configuration and logout behavior.
2. Local storage for the cookie notice
bluumie also stores locally in the browser whether the cookie notice has already been acknowledged. This is currently done through a local storage entry so the notice does not reappear on every page view.
3. No marketing or analytics cookies by default
In the current product state, bluumie does not use optional marketing, advertising, or analytics cookies by default. Such technologies should only be introduced once the legal basis, consent flow, and related disclosures have been updated.
4. Consent
Under the current setup, no separate consent is generally required for technically necessary cookies. The current banner therefore serves primarily as a transparency notice. If non-essential cookies are introduced later, a compliant consent mechanism must be implemented before they are activated.
